Cela fonctionne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sas.upenn.edu\/~baron\/papers\/diagreas2.pdf\">m\u00eame si les informations suppl\u00e9mentaires r\u00e9colt\u00e9es sont inutiles.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nous cherchons souvent \u00e0 obtenir plus d&rsquo;informations m\u00eame si ces informations ne peuvent pas vraiment influencer nos d\u00e9cisions ou nos actes. Avoir plus d&rsquo;informations nous rassure tout simplement.<\/p>\n<h2>Exemples<\/h2>\n<p>Une dimension importante de votre communication client est la mise \u00e0 disposition d&rsquo;informations. Des informations \u00e0 propos d&rsquo;un produit, service ou de l&rsquo;entreprise elle-m\u00eame doivent \u00eatre facilement accessibles et ce m\u00eame si elles ne sont pas directement pertinentes dans le processus d&rsquo;achat.\u00a0 Si un client n&rsquo;est pas capable d&rsquo;obtenir toutes les informations &#8211; pertinentes ou non &#8211; qu&rsquo;il d\u00e9sire, il peut d\u00e9cider d&rsquo;acheter un service ou produit alternatif.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.convertize.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Bias-d\u2019Information.png\" alt=\"biais d'information\" width=\"800\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-19926\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup de marques utilisent les biais d&rsquo;information pour rendre leur produit plus digne de confiance que les autres. Par exemple, donner des informations sur un agriculteur (son nom, son \u00e2ge, ses centre d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat) ne sugg\u00e8rent pas que la production a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus \u00e9thique. Toutefois, ces informations suppl\u00e9mentaires renforcent le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.convertize.com\/fr\/glossaire\/besoin-certitude\/\">sentiment de certitude<\/a> du consommateur.<\/p>\n<h2>Biais d&rsquo;Information<\/h2>\n<p>La croyance selon laquelle plus d&rsquo;informations permettent de prendre de meilleures d\u00e9cisions joue un r\u00f4le important dans la psychologie du consommateur.
