Il y a 4 ans Google Optimize n&rsquo;existait pas et aujourd&rsquo;hui cette solution est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en premi\u00e8re place avec <strong>plus de 30%<\/strong> de parts de march\u00e9 en nombre de sites.<\/p>\n<h2>Google Optimize aura-t-il le m\u00eame succ\u00e8s que Google Analytics ?<\/h2>\n<p>En moins de 2 ans, Google Optimize a d\u00e9j\u00e0 atteint <strong>plus de 30% de part de march\u00e9<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est ce que le site de veille technologique <a href=\"https:\/\/builtwith.com\/\">BuiltWith<\/a> nous montre sur ce graphique :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16554\" src=\"https:\/\/www.convertize.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/google-optimize-part-marche.png\" alt=\"Google Optimize - Part de March\u00e9\" width=\"580\" height=\"436\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le graphique affiche 24%, auquel il faut ajouter 4% de <strong>Google Content Experiment<\/strong> et retirer <strong>Mixpanel<\/strong> qui &#8211; m\u00eame si l&rsquo;outil dispose d&rsquo;une fonction de A\/B Testing &#8211; est avant tout utilis\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;analyse d&rsquo;entonnoir de conversion. On arrive donc a plus de 30% de part de march\u00e9 ajust\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour comparaison, Optimizely avait <a href=\"https:\/\/hitenism.com\/optimizely-google-website-optimizer\/\">une part de march\u00e9 de 77% en 2010<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Une autre analyse dans <a href=\"https:\/\/trends.google.com\/trends\/\">Google Trends<\/a> nous montre que les recherches pour Google Optimize ont <strong>d\u00e9pass\u00e9 celles de Optimizely depuis Avril 2018 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16555\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16555\" style=\"width: 580px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16555\" src=\"https:\/\/www.convertize.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/google.optimize-trends.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"580\" height=\"364\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-16555\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Bleu : Google Optimize &amp; Rouge : Optimizely<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Pour comparaison :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre 2005 et 2015, Google Analytics est pass\u00e9 de 0% part de march\u00e9 \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/onlineoptimizers.eu\/the-last-decade-of-online-analysis-optimization-google-sets-the-standard\/\">une situation de quasi-monopole<\/a>. M\u00eame parmi les Grandes Entreprises, Google Analytics est la solution leader en terme de Web Analytics. <strong>2 sites web sur 3 utilisent Google analytics dans le monde.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Google Analytics \u00e9tant gratuit, on pourrait \u00e9videmment conclure que l&rsquo;exercice \u00e9tait plus facile car les concurrents de Google Analytics \u00e9taient des solutions payantes, <strong>comme c&rsquo;est le cas du A\/B Testing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, m\u00eame quand Google s&rsquo;attaque \u00e0 un march\u00e9 <strong>gratuit<\/strong> : les bo\u00eetes email par exemple, Google est capable de prendre une position de leader : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.litmus.com\/blog\/email-client-market-share-trends-first-half-of-2018\/\">Gmail repr\u00e9sente 27% de part de march\u00e9.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi utiliser Google Optimize plut\u00f4t que AB Tasty, Convertize ou Optimizely ?<\/h2>\n<p>Il est \u00e9videmment possible de trouver beaucoup d&rsquo;arguments pour utiliser une autre solution que Google Optimize. Comme sur Google Analytics, il faut se d\u00e9brouiller avec avec la documentation ou faire appel \u00e0 des experts certifi\u00e9s Google.<\/p>\n<p>Google Optimize va sans doute prendre le m\u00eame chemin que Google Analytics pour favoriser\u00a0indirectement les services d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.convertize.com\/fr\/cro\/\">Experts en CRO Marketing<\/a>, d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.convertize.com\/fr\/agences-ab-testing\/\">Agences de A\/B Testing<\/a> et d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.convertize.com\/fr\/agence-optimisation-conversions\/\">Agences en Optimisation des Conversions (CRO).<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, on peut s&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 ce que le march\u00e9 se rationalise : des acteurs vont dispara\u00eetre ou fusionner, d&rsquo;autres vont proposer uniquement des offres\u00a0<strong>Enterprise<\/strong> (Grands Comptes) :\u00a0 c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas de <strong>Optimizely<\/strong> et <strong>AB Tasty<\/strong> par exemple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mais quelle sera la part de march\u00e9 des solutions alternatives \u00e0 Google Optimize ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adobe Analytics <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cardinalpath.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cardinal_Path_Whitepaper_State_Of_Digital_Marketing_Analytics.pdf\">a une part de march\u00e9 de 41%<\/a> aupr\u00e8s des Fortune 500, alors que <strong>Google Analytics 360<\/strong> (l&rsquo;offre Enterprise de Google) a une part de march\u00e9 de <strong>74%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>(Le total est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 100% du fait d&rsquo;installations multiples)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Donc m\u00eame sur une offre Enterprise, Google arrive \u00e0 dominer le march\u00e9. Et <strong>l&rsquo;offre 360<\/strong> de Google \u00e9tant payante (compter minimum 150 000$ par an), celle-ci est propos\u00e9e <strong>avec des services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si l&rsquo;on consid\u00e8re que Optimizely est <strong>\u00ab\u00a0le Adobe Analytics du A\/B Testing\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>on peut en d\u00e9duire que leur part de march\u00e9 va continuer \u00e0 baisser dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2019 va \u00eatre tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante, les \u00e9volutions de Google Optimize vont certainement encore bousculer le march\u00e9 du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.convertize.com\/fr\/ab-testing\/\">A\/B Testing<\/a>.
